How do I make payment?
Dream Getaways Travel Accepts the Following Forms of Payment:
1. Credit Cards (American Express™, MasterCard™, Visa™, & Discover Card™)
2. MasterCard Debit Card or Visa Debit Card
3. Checks
Can I make changes or revisions?
Once payment has been received, a revision fee of $35 will be due per booking each time changes are made to a reservation to cover administrative costs. If a revision requires re-issuance of an airline ticket, a minimum of $100 per ticket will be due in addition to the revision fee. A fee of $100 is due for a lost ticket. Certain airfares do not allow changes of any nature.
When should I receive travel documents?
Documents (including tickets and vouchers) are mailed first-class 30 days before departure once fully paid. For bookings made less than 45 days in advance, optional FedEx™ delivery is available for a charge of $15. Dream Getaways Travel is not responsible for late deliveries of mail. Always check your documents for accuracy upon receipt.
Are there cancellation penalties?
To minimize penalties, please advise us immediately if you wish to cancel a confirmed reservation. Dream Getaways Travel will apply a minimum of $50 per person penalty for groups canceling prior to departure. Penalties will increase as the group nears its departure date.
Days before Departure:
46 or More -- $50 Per Person
45 to 31 -- $125 Per Person
30 to 0 -- Non-Refundable
Additional supplier fees (airline, hotel, and tour/passes) will be charged in accordance with the policies of their specific contracts. Depending on the tariff, anywhere from $100 to the full amount of the airfare may be forfeited. Hotel penalties often apply and the amount varies by hotel. Cancellation penalties may vary depending on travel dates and hotel stays due to certain hotel cancellation policies and airfare tariffs. Penalties up to the full amount paid may apply over holidays, peak periods, and promotional sales. A group sales advisor will advise you of potential supplier charges on each contract.
No refunds can be made for unused services or inclusions. All tickets and vouchers must be returned before a refund can be issued. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing refunds after notification and Dream Getaways Travel receives your tickets and vouchers.
What is travel insurance?
There are many things to consider when planning a vacation—where to go, what to pack, and what to do once you get there. No matter how well you plan, though, some things that are out of your control. That's why we highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance at additional cost. Travel insurance can come in handy by compensating you for unforeseen emergencies while traveling. There are several types of travel insurance to choose from, and our group sales advisors will be more than happy to assist you in selecting the right plan that meet you specific needs.
